Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your admin dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if:

• There was a technical issue with the platform preventing use
• The refund request is raised within 7 days of purchase
• The issue is confirmed by our support team

3. Non-refundable Items

• Custom development services
• One-time setup or integration charges

4. Refund Process

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
